Old Ikebukuro Animate

When to Japan for a short trip early January to catch up with my anime buddies in Akiba and Yokohama and managed to make a new friend too.

When to Ikebukuro Animate and a got a biggest shocked of my life!! The whole store changed into a small anime exhibition space (No photography sign everywhere with staff staring at you diligently too =.=") and Cosplay store. It is mostly targeted toward female anime fans (Well it is Otome Road ^_^).

However, I manage to get some pictures on the "Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo" floor exhibit. The real life Mashiro's messy bedroom was the highlight on that floor. The computer, manga manuscript, clothes and panties too ^^". The detailing was just amazing~~~

Along the way, I managed to take a few more picture of the characters and posters shown on the exhibit. Enjoy~~~~

EOY2012 (Cosplay Event)

Sorry for late update. I have been busy since last weekend with the cosplay event, taking pictures and uploading them on my FB page and then I was sick for the past 2 days. You can have a look down here for cosplay pictures:

The event was great!! A lot of cosplayer!! Much more photographers too!! The event location was fantastic with some nice location spot to take pictures on the background. I think luck was on our side on that day, usually Singapore would rain a lot and it was sunny and cloudy with a breeze of wind along the way. Just fantastic for an outdoor cosplay event. I did get my skin burnt along the face, neck and hand area, pretty unexpected to tell you the truth. When I got back home I was like a half roasted pig @.@ *nice comment sis*

All in all it was better than I have expected since I had from my photograph buddy that for two year straight the EOY event had been disappointed. Well I guess this year was the best.

I used a lot of BLUE~~~~~~~~ as expected haha XD

I used a template from online and used Himawari-chan as my mascot =D

The color scheme is great but when it was printed out the color turn out to be a darker blue and not lighter blue but all in all it is alright. It looks good but not great =/

In addition, I planned to the back of my namecard but did not use it because I am afraid that the font would not print out clearly...Anyway if you are curious here is it:

I thank you for those that visited my blog. As I am busy drawing and changing the script of my 4-koma manga I haven't scan any images for your guys to see. Because I am currently out of the country while drawing ^_^v so no scanner -.-" It is not the best drawing but I like the script =D Will be happy to hear your criticism on my work ^_^

By the way for those visiting Singapore there is a Cosplay event at Marina Barage for free on next Sunday, 9 Dec. One of the three big cosplay event of the year so try not to miss it. I will be coming to take pictures of cosplayers and maybe increase my connection with other otaku =D
